when your husband talks to you like your feelings mean nothing and he says lots of unnecessary things that hurt you and affect your sense of self…..who is the sorry for? who was that word made to benefit, the abuser or the abused? to the abuser once the sorry is said the abused needs to get the fuck over it, but to the abused the sorry becomes another hurtful word that means get the fuck over it.

in a realtionship where one person is pitbulling the other and the other person gets sick to their stomach when the other enters the room even though no fists are being thrown-the gloves are still on and someone still gets knocked out, someone still gets pummeled, and someone still has to walk away and nurse their wounds.

it’s weird how the person that has used so many hurtful words and said so many mean things and had made someone that they claim to love feel so low and worthless feels like all they have to say is sorry.
